Ronda May

Executive Director

Ronda grew up in Lexington but moved to Jessamine County in 1990. Since she has lived in Jessamine County for 36 years and considers it her home. She has raised her family here and now her grandchildren. Ronda has a finance and fundraising background and came to the Chamber from All God’s Children where she was the Director of Development. Her passion is the people of Jessamine County. Her life reflects the chamber motto….the BEST place to live, work and play.
 
Ronda has served on multiple community boards and still volunteers many hours to the betterment of our community. She is a 2011 graduate of Leadership Jessamine County, a 2021 graduate of the Nicholasville Citizens Police Academy and continues to promote and support the work of many leadership boards. 
 
Ronda served on the Chamber Board of Directors for 6 years where she held the Treasurer and President roles. Ronda loves her community and now enjoys the opportunity to make an impact on its future is fulfilling her dreams of a better tomorrow for her grandchildren and the children of our cities.

Caroline Pinkston

Marketing Assistant

Caroline is a proud Jessamine County native with a deep-rooted passion for the community she calls “home.” As a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a degree in Social Work, Caroline brings a people-first mindset with everything she does. With a background shaped by service, storytelling and local connection, she is driven by a genuine desire to promote the place and people who have shaped her. Alongside her work in community storytelling, Caroline also brings the perspective of a local real estate professional, giving her unique insight into the people and places that make Jessamine County thrive. 

Beyond her professional work, Caroline is actively involved in serving the community she loves. She currently serves as a board member for the Jessamine County Food Pantry, where she is committed to supporting neighbors and strengthening local resources. Her passion for service and collaboration fuels her belief that strong communities are built through care, connection and shared opportunity. 

In her role as Marketing Assistant, Caroline specializes in digital storytelling and overall local promotion. She is dedicated to highlighting the people, businesses and experiences that make our community unique, using creative strategy and authentic content to showcase all that Jessamine County has to offer. Through thoughtful marketing and a genuine love for her hometown, Caroline is excited to help elevate and celebrate the Jessamine County Chamber community!
